Automation creating new IssueType and copying information over from first Issuetype (two projects)

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to make an automation that would do the following:

IssueType1 has all customfields

Some customfields have multiple choice so i want to take the value and copy that over to IssueType2

IssueType2 is in a different project which is Product Discovery

When IssueType1 is created then Create new IssueType2 in a different Project

Then copy customfields from IssueType1 into IssueType2

Unfortunately there is no default functionality from Jira that would allow you to achieve the desired behavior.

One possible option would be creating a custom script and interacting with Jira APIs, but this would require external development.
