Automation - add form when issue waas created

Is there a way to always add an external and editable form when issue is created?

Hi @Anna Arczynska , there isn't an "add attachment" action in Automation. A couple of options...

• Send email with link to your form. you would need a public site to host form.
• Use the Forms feature to recreate your form then use the "attach forms" action in Automation.
• incorporate the form into the Create using Forms bypassing the need to use Automation altogether
