Hi everyone,
I have created the automation below that runs every time a ticket is set as "Completed", and what it does is setting as "Completed" every ticket that is linked to it.
After a couple of minutes that this automation runs, it send an email to the assignee for every ticket that was transitioned to Completed. (You can see an example of the email below)
We do not want those emails to be sent. How can I do that?

To stop the emails from being triggered due to this automation, please uncheck the option to send emails from the More Options list.

Please make sure that you have an "Edit issue" action in your automation before you can go into that screen.
This helps you get the email options.

I have tried adding a step "Edit Issue" before the step "Transition the Issue" as you can see in the image below, but it still does not work.
I am receiving the emails from the automation.
Am I doing something wrong or do you have any other idea I can try?
