Auto Triage with Atlassian Intelligence

The Ai Triage feature, in beta, is quite useful for support requests that are emailed in. I would like to auto triage all incoming support requests that come through email. Is this possible?

You can use Communicate with the customer and use Transition Issue from this document to do the Auto Triage.
