Our Field Service Team just started using Jira Service Management and we would like to be able to assign sub-tasks, if needed, to the other teams within our organization that are using Jira Software. Is it possible to do this between different software platforms without having to add the Jira Software Users to the Jira Service Management license?
If you wish to assign issues in a JSM project to users they must be licensed agents. Alternatively, consider creating a linked issue of the JSM issue in the desired software project. You can then use automation to have the JSM ticket updated when the a ticket is updated.
