Good afternoon
I would like to know if it is possible in the customer portal to include the information of the person responsible for handling the ticket.
Best regards
There is no native configuration to show it. You can use our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management to show this information. Of course, this app provides more features which can be useful for your customer portal, like editing requests by customers or customizable banners.
Another option is creating automation: when Assignee is added, add comment to the ticket with this information.
I agreed with what @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ stated. When the agent post a public comments with the customer, then the agent name will be show-up in the portal associated to the specific case.
It is not the recommended best practice to display the actual issue assignee in the ticket via the portal.
Hope this also helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

You would need an app for this, the one mentioned by @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ will do so.
I personally find it bad Practice as people could try to find information on the assignee and try to reach them each time on getting there help on raised issues, even not assigned to that person
What is the business case behind this?
