Hey all,
I have a quick question for one of our Asset Fields "Customer" and its configuration.
This is the asset field inside of a ticket:
As you can see on the right there is the "hub" or "net" symbol which opens up a new window which looks like this:
Here you can see all the issues that are associated to this exact asset object. It shows the issuetype , ID, Summary, Priority and assignee (Circled in Red).
Is there any way to customize the window for linked issues? Add more details etc.?
I could not find anything in the custom Field settings for Customer. Maybe someone here has an idea or needed to do this before :)
