Hi We are trying to see if we can use Jira Service Management. I would like to know the process of archiving resolved issues. How can we archive the resolved issues which can be used later for audit purpose? Please advise.

unfortunately, archiving issue is a feature of JIRA Data Center. On cloud and server instances you can't do that.
