Approver not receiving email notification

Does anyone experience the issue when assigning to an approver but cant receive the notification? I have checked all the notifications have been enabled.

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same question and they are already helping you with this request.

They were able to access your site and checked that there is no approval step on the workflow, that’s why the notification is not working as expected.
