Approvals shown in JSM portal

Hi, 

I cannot understand which is the filter used to show the "approvals" on the portal.

We have a 3-step approval workflow and on the portal are always shown less ticket than if I query "which are the ticket in which I'm in an approval step".

"Approvals" on the portal is showing only requests that are currently waiting for your approval.

as you can see from my screenshot, the tickets waiting for my approval are much more than the one showed in the portal...

Could you please run the following JQL query in the issue search and let me know the number of issues you see? Alternatively, you can send me a screenshot of the results.

"Approvals[Approvals]" = myPendingApproval()
