App taking too long to install

Hi,

The application "Traffic lights for Jira" is taking too long to install and update the license. It is also showing the error or popping up the message "Undefined Installation". Is  it Atlassian server issue or the application?

I've seen similar issues when my Jira trial expired. Any chance that's the case for you?

I would try to contact the vendor first.

Ok so you'll need a new trial instance or request to extend the trial.
