Allow external users visibility without registering to Jira (standalone instances)

Ability to add external users, who aren’t registered to Jira to see a ticket or provide input.

Thank you for reaching out.

For Jira Server and datacenter, I'm afraid the login-free portal is not available at this time. That being said, a customer must be registered in your Jira Service Desk project to access or create tickets there.

P.S: The customer access does not consume a paid Jira license, and you can add as many as you need. For more details about it, you can check this documentation.

We have the following feature request created to implement the login-free portal for Jira Server:
