Agile Retrospectives for Jira Pricing

Please advise whether a cost is associated with members that want to simply interact with the Agile Retrospective for Jira and not create them. 
For example, a member that is only going to add comments and vote but not create a retrospective.

Hi @Sinead Horsfall , if a user is to access/browse Jira project, then yes, they will need to be licensed. Regarding the retrospectives, if you are referring to those retrospectives in Confluence you could consider guest access.

Agile Retros for Jira, just as any other marketplace add-on, is billed based on the number of users active in a Jira instance. 
The fact is, that is how all of Atlassian-billed apps are billed this way.
