Hello team,

Good Day!

We have updated the New SSL Certificate in our Apache Tomcat Jira server. After updating successfully still we are able to find the old certificate only, new SSL certificate is not showing up.

Please can you help me out what will be reason for not showing up the new SSL certificate.

Any quick suggestions will be more helpful.

Thanks,

Hello @Jira Testing and welcome to the Community!  Do you have the new cert in the default directory or do you have it in a custom location?  Default directories are shown below.  Also, was the server restarted after applying the new cert?

  • On Windows: C:\users\#CURRENT_USER#\.keystore
  • On OS X and UNIX-based systems: ~/.keystore
