Adding customers

Hello there, i opened a new project, (ITSM) what i need is to create a database of cutomers and to be able to assign them issues (not vice versa)
How can i do that in Jira Service Management cloud?

Hi @Sarah Benhaim ,

=> In JSM (Service Project) you need to give Agent access to the Users those who are all working under ITSM Project.

=> Then add those members in the ITSM Project whichever you have created.

=> Finally you have added the Users who will work in that project.

Hi Sarah! out of curiosity: do you mean put them as reporter or as assignee? why do you want to assign them issues?
