Adding customer name to log in message or introduction text in service portal

Hello,

I´m new to Jira Service Management (cloud) and we are now testing it.

I´d like to ask if it´s possible to add customer name either into the log in message or introduction text of self service portal?

I´m aware that the customer can see his/her account detail  at the top right corner of the portal (User profile icon), but for our customer it would be nice to see it also directly on the main page.

I tried it with including "${issue.reporter.name}" into both places (log in message/introduction text) however it displays only the text but not the precise name. Could you please help me what do I need to do to display the precise customer name in any of these places? Or if that´s even possible.

thanks a lot

@Martina Hurtečáková ,

Currently, the feature is not available out of the box. I could see there is a feature request in place for now.
