When our clients reply with an email with an attachment (image, document or other files), we need to receive it in the issue. But such letters do not reach to Jira at all.
Also we have in answers email photos, so we need include themes in issue, but we don`t see it in issue. Sometimes even we don`t see answers in issue in Jira
