Adding Watcher to issue creation screen?

Is it still possible to add watchers using a multi-user picker at issue creation screen?  

I followed these instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-add-watchers-or-request-participants-during-issue-creation-1026039857.html

And once I get to add post function "Copy Value From Other Field" my custom fields don't appear in source field and there is no Watchers or Request Participants in the destination field

I would recommend you to create automation rule for this, something like:

When issue is created, then Manage watchers:

Add these watchers and use smart value:

{{triggerIssue.Your custom field name}}

Your custom field name should have "User Picker (multiple users)" type.
