Adding Priority to Portal Screens

We need to add Priority to two portal screens.  It is on the "Report a System Problem Screen" by default".  We would like to see it on "Get IT Help" and "Fix Account Problem" screens.

Is there a way to customize these two screens?

Hi @Gene Johnston 

You can customize request type forms from project settings -> request types. Click "Add Fields" then add priority field.
