Add Confluence page to service management knowledge

Craig Barrett May 26, 2021

I have training material created for our software applications we sell, which we store in Confluence as a page per guide. How do I get these pages to display in JSM as an article in the Knowledge Base? I have created a Category in my JSM project called Application Guides. I see that I can then create Articles. I do not however want to create the guides again as articles, I want to use the existing Confluence pages. Can I do this?

Hi @Craig Barrett

the answer is YES, you have to link your confluence space with the JSM, maybe this article can help you
