I've some (standard) Issuetypes and assigned RequestTypes
e.g.
IssueType: [System] Change; RequestType: StandardChange, NormalChange ....
IssueType: [System] Incident; RequestType: MajorIncident, MinorIncident, ...
When i create a new Issue (in the local View, not in Portal) with IssueType Change, the Dropdown for RequestTypes shows All RequestTypes (StandardChange, NormalChange, ... MajorIncident, MinorIncident, .... ),
How do i have to configure, so only the appropriate Requesttype (for a Issuetype) are selectable ?
Its even more confusing, in Portalview it seems the Requesttype ist selectable according to Issuetype (as i expect)
