A new admin can't access the 'Issue types" page

Hi,

I added a new admin to our project but she can't access some configuration pages like "Issue types".

She can change the lead of the project and remove other admins but this "Issue types" is not there: till now we didn't find a way to add this right.

 

Do you have any idea?

we solved! Found the User management page and the site-admin role: why is it different from the Administrator role?
