New project templates to help sales and design teams get started in Jira Service Management

Hi Atlassian Community!

I wanted to follow up on my last post, Introducing new project templates to help finance, marketing and analytics teams get started in JSM , to share with you that we’ve started rolling out two new project templates to help sales and design teams set up their service projects and manage incoming requests.

These templates include pre-configured request types and workflows, and will be rolling out across project types over the next few weeks. 

Sales service management

The sales service management template provides teams with a central place to manage, track, and report on sales requests from quote support to contract reviews.

Design service management

The design service management template helps teams to easily track and manage all design requests from new asset creation to revisions.

Creating a project using a service project template is easy! Go to Projects > Create project and in the Service management section, choose the template that best suits your work. Add your project details, then select Create project.

Follow these steps on how to create a service project. 

These two new templates are just a couple of the many service project templates available to help your teams get up and running quickly on Jira Service Management.
