📣 Early Access Program for Copy Product Data for Jira Service Management

Hi Atlassian Community,

I’m Manas, Product Manager for supporting data portability in JSM. For the last few months, we’ve been working with the Cloud Data Portability Team to add support for Jira software management projects in the cloud to cloud migration tooling available for Jira software.

We are excited to share that we are rolling out the feature with this early access program. The current workaround of moving data first to data center and back to cloud would longer be necessary and customers can copy entire project from one site to another.

What’s in it for you?

• Ability to copy JSM projects from one site to another

• Early access and more time to try out the new copy project data

• Opportunity to provide direct feedback to the product team which will help us shape this new feature for everyone.

How to sign up for the EAP?

As part of the EAP, we have added support for most commonly used features in JSM thought there are still some that don't get copied. Read more about what gets copied.

Step 1: Sign up here

Step 2: We will enable the feature on your site by December so that you can copy the JSM project data to any site.
