We're thrilled to announce that 20,000 agents are now available on Jira Service Management cloud. Building on our momentum in March, we’ve doubled the number of agents again to help meet enterprise needs.

We know that to meet the requirements of your customers - both internal and external - you’ve had to scale your IT, support, and business service teams. We also know managing resources isn’t just about adding more agents.

That’s why at Atlassian, we aim to build our cloud products and address enterprise needs at scale. Over the last year, we’ve enabled you to:

• Configure SSO for your external users for a smoother, more secure login experience

• Create a company-branded URL for your cloud site to drive greater awareness (currently in Beta)

• Manage how and when users can create new cloud instances

• Automate support interactions and free up agent time with Virtual Agent
