We are using Jira Service Desk for support, the mail that notify the users (when changing the ticket's status) always contains an evaluation section in the end.
Does anyone know how to remove it please? I can't see that section anywhere in the configuration parameters

Currently, it's not possible to customize agent notifications, since it's a system notification. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
