4. On MAC leptop/PC goes to description and make some changes - write one any word or just point.

5. Save this changes

ER: Windows user click on screenshot on Description and it shows on Popup

Hi Yuliya,

I have tried to recreate the problem you have described here for Jira Cloud site in use by two different users across MAC/Windows platforms.  However so far I have not been able to reproduce this problem.

When I follow your steps, my Windows user, using IE 11, can click on the image in a description and they see that image in a popup.  My mac user was using the current Chrome version here.   So perhaps there is more to this problem then just the details we have so far.

Could you add some more information here?  Such as which browser type/version is in use for both Mac and Windows users here (Chrome, firefox, IE, etc)?   I'm also curious to learn if this is happening in specific project types in Jira Cloud, (Business, Software Classic, Software next-gen, Service Desk, etc).

Please let me know

Andy
