how new Jira Ops and Jira Service Desk can work toghether if the if they will not be integrated in a single product containing all the features present in both ?
For my B2B support I need both, collaboration features like open temporary chats on slack on a specific incident and have all the features like SLA management etc...of JSD.
Do you know somethign more ?
