When using the Jira Cloud Mobile app, users are unable to change the Assignee field.

When using the Jira Cloud Mobile app, users are unable to change the Assignee field. We are able to change the Assignment group and other fields. Just the one field is having an issue. The fields work fine when accessing the website of desktop app. This is only happening on the Mobile app. I was using version 65.0.504 of the app on Android 9.

There are a few things to check:

• since this is JIRA Charting Plugin's gadget, check if this plugin is installed and enabled
• check if this is browser independent
• is it only one time in status gadget that throws this error OR is it all time in status gadget in the instance ?
• does direct access to JIRA reveal the same problem for that gadget ?
• any error thrown in JIRA logs ?
