Mac App - Prevent cmd+w from quitting app

When I use the keyboard shortcut to close the current window (cmd+w) the app is also quit.  This is counter to Mac app design standards and is not intuitive to Mac users.

How can I close the current Jira app window without quitting the app?

the newer versions of Jira allow for editing this information. otherwise, you can sift for this entry in the database's propertystring table, and issue a respective update command against it.

Unfortunately no. I've read several requests from ondemand users asking to use a different name. You will need to create a new and import your existing data. Renaming is not possible atm. See this thread https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/80109/can-i-change-my-domain
