Hi,
we use the Jira Mobile App for our Jira & Jira Service Management Projects. We have a cascading select field for the resolution screen that is mandatory to fill in so it cannot be empty.
However, the drop down doesn't show any options, it just offers the option "None" (empty)
When trying to use the search option it returns no results/options either.
We've noticed that this is happening mainly on Android phones. Anyone have any idea what happens? This has only started to happen recently. I hope this isn't relating to an Android system update or so?
