Cannot login with Jira mobile app

I downloaded the jira server app on my private iphone. The url is https://base_URL/jira.  

When I do "Next" I get this error:

Login Error: An unspecified error occurred.

the Jira server version is v8.5.4

Jira works perfect when I use Safari on my iphone

Could you please create a support ticket? it would be more convenient to investigate the issue that you see.
Or I can ask the support team to create a ticket on your behalf.Screenshots, Jira details, networking details are needed to understand your issue. We found it common when something doesn’t work properly due to requirements of connectivity, or some configuration on Backend. Unfortunately, each Jira/Confluence Server/Data Center has a unique setup and may cause issues. Or if a bug we need to reproduce it thus all prerequisites are important.

Check your admin hasn't disabled the mobile app plugin module inside Jira?

If it works in Safari then its not a VPN connection thing

I checked and Jira mobile is not disabled, all 41 modules are enabled

And also Mobile plugin for Jira is enabled, all 20 modules
