Hello JIRA support,
I would like to ask you about something like intern JIRA test license. About one year ago we bought a JIRA license, but we still would like to have a test environment without to use the evaluation license. Is there a possibility to get a test environment license for our internal tests? Do you provide something like that?
Thanks in advance
Install a new JIRA system on your test box, then go to your my.Atlassian account and look for the current production licence. Beneath that, you will find a "developer licence" link, which will give you a non-production licence.
Note that if it expires, you will lose access to it, so you'll need to keep maintaining the production licence.
