how to find jira's I'm watching

You can try setting up a "Watched Issues" gadget on your dashboard, or do an advanced search using:

project = (your project name) AND watcher = currentUser()

You can just do in Advanced search of Issue Navigator. You can filter more data as Candace suggested where you are filtering all JIRA stories current user is watching in that specified project.

watcher=currentUser()

Hope this helps
