default issue scheme missing values

my default issue scheme only has epic and story. Not sure what happened to task and bug?  How can i get these back. looks like it is preventing me from moving tasks from one project to another

1. Click on the gear icon from the top-right corner > Projects.
2. Click on your desired project to enter its summary page.
3. Click on the issue type scheme's name, in the Issue Types section .
4. Click on the button Actions from the top-right corner > Edit Issue Types.
5. Drag & Drop the types you want to the block on the left.
6. Click on Save button.
