Using Groovy, how can I check all coding sub-task to make sure they are in Review state before moving the parent to Review?

I am attempting to automate our teams workflow as much as possible and one thing I am looking to do is update the Parent Status when all Coding Sub-task have moved to "Review". If any coding subtask is still "In Progress", then I do not want to move the parent.
