Users getting Jira access denied when they have full access to the site.

I'm not sure why some of my users are receiving this error message even though they have all the correct permissions within JIRA and Confluence. This just started happening today but isn't stopping any of their actions within Jira.  Just seeing if there's any bug or action that may have caused this to present itself.

Looks like a bug. Did you reach out to Atlassian yet?

Yes, I've made a ticket for them a few hours ago. Just  was seeing if there was anything that I didn't that might have caused this to start happening. Thanks.
