Test Environment - Need help
Hello All,
We have a up and running Production Server for Jira (mainly used for Service Desk & PM) . We wanted to build a test environment hence cloned the Production server, new database was built and mapped to the test server. Connectivity to Database was successful.
We are having issues while accessing the test URL, Below is the error message
Tomcat is misconfigured: server.xml is missing parameters needed by JIRA to handle requests that contain special characters.
