I would like to view only issues status=Open. How to do this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Sara smile,

For my JIRA Software, I have two possibilities.

The simplest:

With JQL search:

Issues > Search for issues > Advanced then -> (project = "project name AND) status = open

Thank you both Jonas and Damien.

Just like you stated it. Goto search, type "status=Open" and press enter. Don't do project=.... as this would narrow down the search to open issues within a project rather than all open tickets.

That's why it's between brackets smile

It was just to show her she can do some complex requests sad
