New format - download all attachments at once

Does the new format still have the ability to download all attachments?  This was a function before by using the ... and clicking download all, however with the new look I cannot find where this is still possible.

This is what I see in JIRA Server 7.11.2:

Apparently Download All is there.

Can you tell which version you're using, and attach what you're seeing?

Hi Andy,

I'm not sure what version we are using, have checked with the administrator and they are not sure either.   We use the cloud based system so will be the latest version, so these types of updates just occur.  Sorry unable to attach a screen shot due to details showing.

I can see via your image that the three dots (...) appear on the same line as attachments. This is the old view.  On the new issue view the three dots are not there.  We can currently revert back to the old view by clicking 'see the old view' in the top right hand corner, however I imagine this will eventually be removed so trying to find the solution before it does.

The screenshot I attached was for JIRA Server, not Cloud, and it's the same as the old view in Cloud.

For the new view, it seems there's no such button.

I've raised this Bug ticket for our team to tackle it:

• JRACLOUD-70033 - Ability to Manage and Download All Attachments in New Issue View

There's a workaround which is to manually hit the download link, or visit the Manage page. You just need to get the issue ID accurately.
