Jira ticket file upload errors

Jira ticket file upload arbitrarily shows 503 Service Unavailable or 504 Bad Gateway for a few days now.

One moment it's fine and the next moment i get those errors. Any ideas?

Hi JM, I believe you might want to raise a ticket to Atlassian Support for further investigation, since it would be necessary to check information in logs.
