Issue page customization

Hi,

How to customize the issue page. issue page having the sections like Detail,Description and attachment sections by default.

 

I need to add one more section in issue page in below JIRA version.

Could you please help.

You will need to write code that can add web-panels to the issue view.  That mostly means writing add-ons for JIRA.
