How to tag different issue types to different workflows in one project?

I have one project and different issue types. Each issue type has to call different workflow under one project.

This is done using a workflow scheme that is assigned to the project. See additional information here:

Workflow Schemes are how you do this.

Create Workflows that are to be used for each of your issue types; then you "map" those workflows to each issue type using a Workflow Scheme; then you associate the Workflow Scheme to your project.
