How to install Quick subtasks add-on into cloud JIRA account?

I can download this but I am unable to find it via by account's "Find new add-on".

You can't install that type of add-on in Cloud.

Note that the drop-down that says "server" on the page you linked to contains "cloud", but greyed out, as there is no version available for Cloud.
