When transition happen in parent issue, create Sub-task. At this point, how to copy all attachments in
parent issue to Sub-task? Also, when add any attachments to Sub-task and transition happens in Sub-task,
how to copy all attachments in Sub-task to parent issue? Are they possible? If yes, how can I do this in workflow?
The short answer is "code" - you'll need to find or write a "post function" that can create a subtask (there's a few addons in the marketplace that will do this without any need for further coding) and then add the attachments. It would be far better to educate your users about where the single traceable attachment is, rather than duplicating it and hence allowing for uncontrolled and un-trackable branching .
Could you explain why you're trying to do this?
I have multiple projects that use variations of the same base workflow. The variations depend on the requirements of the project or issue type. The variations mostly come in the form of new statuses ...
