Our sprint is equivalent to 10 days (2 weeks), and every time we complete the current Sprint, we create new Sprint and move there the 'In Progress' issues MANUALLY by dragging them from the backlog.

Is there a way to make this automatic? Wherein all 'In Progress' issues from the completed Sprint will be automatically moved to the new Sprint.

Generally, they will automatically move by default, so you have probably managed to do something to prevent it.

Have a look through https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/working-with-sprints/ending-a-sprint to see what it might be.
