Management needs to know how long a given set of tickets reside in certain states.
Say for example, how long tickets were in Open before they transitioned to... wherever. Is there any way to generate such a report? It cannot be something that's limited to a fixed time period (-2w, etc)
If this can't be done out of the box, what add on would be useful?
