How can I enable Agile in cloud JIRA instance?

Out team wants to use Epic in the SCRUM boards and I think I need Agile enabled for that? Can you please let me know on how to enable Agile in Cloud instance?

Go to your my.Atlassian account, the one used to buy and maintain your Cloud instance, and enable it.
