How can I configure the relationship subtasks one from another?

As one step in the process completed by the Executive, the next step in the process is automatically launched for another executor?

I'm not sure I have grasped what you are aiming for here, but it sounds like you just need to build a workflow for your subtasks that can look at the "executives" and assign it automatically to the different people as it moves.
