Hi Marwin,

During deployment CMJ checks if there are configuration types (most often custom field types) contributed by apps and if the apps are missing on the target Jira an error is shown listing them, so you can install them and the deployment can go through.

The two apps you've listed seem to be some custom apps not available on the Atlassian marketplace. You have a few option on how to resolve this:

  • Find someone at your company who know where the apps can be downloaded from and install them from there.
  • Get the app .jar files directly from the source Jira server filesystem - they should be located in <Jira home>/plugins/installed-plugins - and install them by using these files. However, there's a changes the apps require multiple bundles (i.e. more .jar files).
  • On the source Jira find the custom fields contributed by these apps and delete them if possible. You can easily find the fields by using CMJ's Power Admin feature to inspect the apps usage More info here - https://botronsoft.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PA/pages/883195908/Finding+App+Usage
